Theatre of Grotesque organizes Great Dragon Parade in Krakow, Poland since 8 years. A spectacular final event is the outdoor spectacle on the Wisla river, where dragons appear with music, games and fireworks. Krakow has its own legendary dragon, Smok Wawelski (the Dragon of Wawel Hill) whose lair is located at the foot of Wawel Castle.
The dragons visited Ireland, Czech Republic, Portugal and Wales. After a big success at the EXPO in Shanghai, it's time for another country. On 22 September, the monsters will scare in Oslo during the Elvelangs River DayPhotos by Anna Kaczmarz.
