Street lights, bollards, statues and cars are in colour wool. Public art project tells stories of tradition and modernity. Magda Sayeg, founder of the original knit graffiti crew Knitta Please, has started artistic performances in 2005. When she’s not knitting, Magda is busy as the entrepreneur behind the Houston landmark Cafe Brasil and Domy Books, a progressive gallery/bookstore hybrid. She lives in Austin, Texas. via
