Unusually impressive natural gas commercial. Makes me feel warm and cozy.

And here how it's made - a month of preparation, 4 days and night shoot, with a professional crew of over 40 men, shot live and in stopmotion with 4 different cameras. A film of TBWA Brussels, directed by Olivier Babinet produced by Lovo Films.

Recycled Upholstery Chair

Today I looked closely at design of Norway-based furniture designer Camilla Hounsell Halvorsen who made this cozy looking chairs named drops. I am big fun of such design. This delightful Drops pouf is a chair made of an inner tube covered with recycled material. The inner tube isn’t attached to the frame so the chair can be adjusted to the desired position of the sitter, or it can be taken off and placed on the ground to be used as a pouffe.

Expressive floppy disc art

London artist Nick Gentry assembles obsolete tech materials, like floppy disks and VHS tape -- as the media for his paintings. As the world moves further away from these kinds of storage devices, Gentry suggests, we lose touch with the terrestrial.
It represents the increasing step of the modern life cycle, where objects are created, used and disposed quicker than ever.
You can see more of his work here.

Once again about graffiti

Here in Dubai, there is no such thing as a graffiti (and it's quite obvious why .. skyscrapers, islamic country and few different reasons). Graffiti represents an art form that is unrestricted, one that rebels against conventional forms of artwork. It's also intertwined into human history, dating back to the Roman Empires where they were plastered onto walls to make political statements and satirize current events.
Hopefully everybody will find some inspiration at least in some of the works showcased below.
